With respect to the criminal track:
- discretionary dismissals;
- settlement offers that were accepted;
- judgments pronouncing acquittal, conviction and postponement of conviction;
- appeal judgments pronouncing acquittal, conviction and postponement of conviction.
With respect to the administrative track:
- administrative discretionary dismissals;
- decisions not to impose a fine;
- fining decisions;
- appeal decisions.
