Which type of decisions are not included in the database?
With respect to the criminal track:
- technical dismissals;
- settlement offers that were not accepted by the defendant;
- intermediate judgments dealing with the appointment of commissioners, experts…;
- intermediate appeal judgments.
With respect to the administrative track:
decisions to impose regularization orders or administrative coercion.
